👤 How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

It will take usually between 3-7 business days.

👤 When will my order arrive?

Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
Our fulfilment centers is currently located overseas. So the average shipping time is around 3-4 weeks. In very rare cases it can take until 5 weeks for some products due to customs in certain countries.

👤 Will you provide a Tracking Number?

Tracking will be available 3-7 days after your order has been shipped. Login to your account to track your order:

👤 I ordered Multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them...

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

👤 Will I (the customer) have to pay custom taxes?

For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
