📦 Estimate Delivery Time
Shipping times vary from product-to-product, demand, and shipping location.
On average the common shipping time is around 3-4 weeks or earlier.
In very rare cases it can take up to 5 weeks for some certain countries due to its local laws and customs clearance procedures.
Some distant areas can take a bit longer, but we’ll get it to you!
- The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
- Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
📦 Multiple Items Order
If you had ordered more than one item; sometimes we ship them in two or more parcels.
This can be due to stock availability at that point in time. Your order will always have all the tracking information if this was the case - you can always check these details on your account at our website.
We ship our products worldwide and our fulfillment center are located locally and internationally. Due to factors that commonly affect international shipments, such as weather delays, holidays, and customs inspections, the following are only estimates.
- 📦 Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the Manufacturing Department for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Then Shipping Department processes the orders, which takes 2–4 business days.
- 📦 Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. You will receive Your Tracking Number within 5-7 business days (after the processing time is completed).
Local (United States) orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take another 7 and 14 business days to arrive at their destination but may take longer due to customs.
International (Outside United States) will be handed over to your local postal service and delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
*If you place your after 11:45 am Central Standard Time on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), your order will be shipped the following week.
📦 Order Confirmation Email
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout.
Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.

📦 Order Cancelation & Change Request
We accept 1 hours* notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or shipping address information.
Send us an email via email@example.com or just reply to your order confirmation email that we had sent you as soon as possible.
Please note that any request received after 1 hours* period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 1 hours* period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.

📦 Duties, Taxes, or Customs Fees
For most countries, you will not have to pay customs, but it depends on where are you located. Please note that import duties and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
If the order arrives in your country and;
- The customer refuses to accept the package.
- No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
